FREE UK Delivery on orders over £25 and a delivery charge of 3.99 for orders under £25.
- Standard Delivery is 3-6 working days.
- Express Delivery £6.95 is 24-48 hours (available on UK orders placed Monday - Friday before 1.00pm).
- Nursery Furniture - Our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Express Delivery is not available on personalised orders but if you require your personalised item urgently please contact us and we will advise soonest delivery date.

FREE 30 Day Returns Policy & Extended Christmas Returns Policy
You may return new, unworn or unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs on UK orders. Items must be returned in original packaging with tags and labels intact. All returned items must be in a re-saleable condition.
- If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Personalised items may only be returned if faulty.
- European zones 2 - 4 and International returns are at the customers expense.
Although most refunds will be quick and we aim for your refund to be with you as soon as possible we would like to explain why it is not always immediate....We aim to process your return and refund on the same day we receive it. You should then expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date of us receiving your returned package. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (usually the same day, but never more than 3 business days), plus the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
